Refund policy

OFFROAD TOY OUTFITTERS RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

PLEASE READ THIS POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE. BY PURCHASING ANY PRODUCT FROM OFFROAD TOY OUTFITTERS ("OTO"), YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THIS POLICY.

Special Ordered Items:
All sales of special ordered items are FINAL. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for any special ordered item under any circumstances. By placing a special order, you acknowledge and accept that such sales are non-refundable and cannot be returned to OTO for any reason.

In-Stock Items:
In-stock items may be returned within 24 hours of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

The item must be in its original, unopened packaging and in new, unused condition. Any signs of use, damage, tampering, or removal of factory seals will result in the item being deemed non-returnable and ineligible for a refund.

A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all eligible returns. This fee will be deducted from the total amount refunded.

Refunds will be processed only after OTO has inspected and approved the returned item. Approval or denial of a return is at the sole discretion of OTO.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by OTO.

Non-Returnable Items:

Special ordered items, as stated above, are strictly non-returnable.

Any item not returned within the specified 24-hour period from the time of purchase.

Any item that shows signs of use, damage, or alteration.

Discretionary Exceptions:
OTO reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis, at its sole discretion. Such exceptions, if granted, do not constitute a waiver of this policy.

Limitation of Liability:
Under no circumstances shall OTO be held liable for any damages or losses, including but not limited to incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the return or attempted return of any item.

Modification of Policy:
OTO reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Return and Refund Policy at any time, without prior notice. The most current version of this policy will be made available at the time of purchase and on OTO’s official website.

By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Return and Refund Policy.
