Our Team

Why OTO Exists:
Most shops sell parts.
We build vehicles with purpose.
Every project starts with understanding how the vehicle will actually be used. From daily drivers to expedition builds, our goal is simple: build something reliable that works in the real world.
What Makes OTO Different
We focus on building complete systems, not just installing parts.
What that means in practice:
• Thoughtful suspension setups
• Clean electrical integration
• Fabrication when the right solution doesn’t exist
• Honest conversations about what actually works

Meet the Builders
Phil Gragg
Founder | Lead Builder
Offroad Toy Outfitters started as a personal pursuit long before it became a business.
Like many enthusiasts, Phil began by modifying his own vehicles, learning through hands-on experience what works in the real world and what simply looks good on paper. Over time, that curiosity turned into a deeper commitment to craftsmanship, problem-solving, and building vehicles that could handle more than just the occasional weekend trip.
After serving in the military, Phil carried that same mindset into the shop: attention to detail, a focus on reliability, and the belief that the work should be done right the first time.
What began as a passion for building and improving his own rigs eventually grew into Offroad Toy Outfitters, a place where customers could bring their vehicles and receive the same level of care, thoughtfulness, and honesty that he expected from his own builds.
Today, Phil oversees every project that moves through the shop. From suspension setups and electrical systems to custom fabrication and long-term build planning, his goal is simple: make sure every vehicle leaving OTO is capable, dependable, and built with purpose.
The vehicles he builds aren’t meant to sit in parking lots or chase trends. They’re built to be used — on trails, on long trips, and in the places where reliability actually matters.

Vincent Alexander
Operations & Production Manager
Vince plays a key role in keeping builds moving through the shop with precision and consistency. As Operations and Production Manager, he oversees workflow on the shop floor and helps ensure that every project meets the standards Offroad Toy Outfitters is known for.
With a strong background in fabrication and hands-on mechanical work, Vince brings a practical, detail-oriented approach to every build. From suspension installations and drivetrain work to custom fabrication and problem solving, his focus is always on clean execution and long-term reliability.
As a fellow veteran, Vince shares the same mindset that drives the shop: attention to detail, accountability, and doing the job right the first time.
Working alongside Phil, he helps turn build plans into finished vehicles that customers can depend on both on the road and far beyond it.
Like many builders, Vince’s passion for vehicles extends well beyond the shop, something that’s reflected in his own projects and the pride he takes in every build that passes through OTO.
He also has three cats, none of whom are OSHA-certified.

How We Approach Every Build
No two vehicles are used the same way. That’s why every project begins with understanding how the owner plans to use their rig.
From suspension geometry to electrical systems, the goal is always the same:
Build something capable, dependable, and easy to live with for years to come.
