PLEASE READ THIS POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE. BY PURCHASING ANY PRODUCT FROM OFFROAD TOY OUTFITTERS ("OTO"), YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THIS POLICY.

In-Store Pickup
All items listed for sale on the Offroad Toy Outfitters website are strictly available for pickup in-store at OTO’s physical location:

No shipping services will be provided for items purchased unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Free Shipping Eligibility
If an item purchased is priced over $200 and less than $2,000, and OTO will be performing the installation of said item at the shop, then free shipping may be provided at OTO’s discretion. This offer applies solely to qualifying products being installed by OTO and is not applicable to products purchased for personal installation or pickup.

Policy Modifications
OTO reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Shipping Policy at any time, without prior notice. The most current version of this policy will be made available at the time of purchase and on OTO’s official website.

Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall OTO be held liable for any delays, losses, or damages arising from the handling, shipping, or delivery of any products. This limitation applies to all items, whether eligible for free shipping or otherwise.
