How the Shop Runs
- Marketing Desk: stand in the ring to run ads ($20 each).
- Request Inbox: pick up the customer requests your ads bring in.
- Service Manager: drop requests off, pick up qualified leads.
- Quote Desk: drop leads off, wait for approved quotes.
- Scheduling Board: approved quotes become work orders.
- Bays: load a work order, then stand in the bay to do the install. Click a red bay to clear an unforeseen issue.
- Delivery and Final Bill: bring the keys within 10 seconds, then collect the cash.
- Google Review Kiosk: walk the happy customer over within 10 seconds for a shot at five stars.
- Office (upstairs): spend cash on crew, bays and upgrades, and check your stats.
