AlphaRex LUXX-Series LED Projector Headlights (2003-2009 Toyota 4Runner)
Description
Give your 4th gen 4Runner a modern, aggressive front end with AlphaRex's LUXX-Series projector
headlights. Styling takes cues from the 3rd gen Tundra TRD LED headlights, and a clear LED tube
wraps around the dual projectors to serve as a switchable white/amber daytime running light
and amber turn signal. An activation light plays a startup sequence when the parking lights
turn on, giving the front end a distinct, dynamic presence.
The dual-projector layout runs both projectors as low beam for broad, consistent coverage, with
the inner projector adding a dual-beam function for high beam output when you need it. LUXX-Series
sits as AlphaRex's second-tier headlight line: it skips the ice-cube 3D projector look of the
NOVA-Series in favor of a cleaner rectangular projector design, while still running AlphaRex's
own LUXX LEDs and carrying the same activation light and sequential turn signal features.
Fitment: Direct fit for 2006-2009 4Runner. 2003-2005 4Runner (with or without
factory DRL) requires a converter and filler panel, selected as an add-on at checkout. Note:
2003-2005 models without factory DRL are not yet supported, AlphaRex has a converter for this
application in development.

Dual LUXX Projectors: AlphaRex LUXX LEDs power a dual-projector layout, both low beam with the inner projector adding dual-beam high beam function, for a clean, legal beam cutoff.

Components
Housing: Molded from polypropylene (PP) for heat and moisture resistance. Available in two finishes, see Housing Options below.
Lens: Polycarbonate (PC) lens treated with an anti-fog coating plus a separate coating to resist yellowing and oxidation over time.
Breathing Vents: Nitto Denko TEMISH air vents let the housing vent moisture as temperatures change, reducing internal condensation.
